Mould Manufacturing Facility

Part of our success comes from the fact that we own a complete molds workshop, which enabled us to produce multi-sized molds with different functions. This unit helps us to produce custom-made designs, which is considered a distinguished mark for our special customers.

IML Injection Molding

IML can provide greater decorating options than other methods. Multi-color screen printed and offset lithography printed graphics are used to produce products with higher quality graphics than those available with other decorating methods.

During the mould labeling process, or plastic labels are used to manufacture the containers by blow molding and injection molding processes. The label serves as the integral part of the final product, which is then delivered as pre-decorated item. Combining the decoration process with the moulding process cuts down the total cost.

There are several techniques for conducting the in-mould labeling process. Vacuum and compressed air can be used to handle the labels; also static electricity can be used. Electrostatic charging electrodes charge a label while it is being transferred to the moulding machine, so that when the label is placed on the tool and released by the labeling robot, it will wrap itself onto the tool.

Injection Moulding

Injection molding is a manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting material into a mould. Injection moulding can be performed by using plastic.

Material for the part is fed into a heated barrel, mixed, and forced into a mould cavity, where it cools and hardens to the configuration of the mould cavity.

Injection moulding is widely used for manufacturing a variety of parts, from the smallest components to entire body.

IBML Blow Moulding

Using the latest technology, IBML employs sophisticated Multi-Layer blow molding processes, during which labeling or plastic labels are used during the manufacturing of containers.

Extrusion

Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM) melts plastic and extrudes it into a hollow tube, before air is blown into it, giving it the shape of a hollow bottle, container or part.

PET

Our Injection machine can produce quality PET preforms that fit to a variety of different jars and bottles for foods and cosmetics. A high-speed process of blow molding machine can produce large quantities per day without compromising the quality of the products. We offer good quality products that meet customer’s standards and expectations.

Injection Blow

The process of injection blow molding (IBM) is used for the production of hollow plastic objects in large quantities. In the IBM process, the polymer is injection molded onto a core pin; then, the core pin is rotated to a blow molding station to be inflated and cooled. This is the least-used of the three blow molding processes, and is typically used to make small medical and single serve bottles. The process is divided into three steps: injection, blowing and ejection.
